They excel in customer service, are a leader in employment creation, diversity and inclusion, seek to continuously improve employee relations, are prominently involved in community affairs and demonstrate a commitment to quality in their operations.

All nominees must be a member of the Thunder Bay Chamber of Commerce in good standing and are required to complete an Attestation of Good Standing and Ethical Conduct. Should concerns arise late in the award review process, the Chamber will provide an opportunity for the nominee to voluntarily withdraw without public explanation.
